TTT Cellars is a small boutique winery in Calitzdorp, offering handcrafted artisinal wines and specialising in Portuguese varietals and fortified dessert wines.
The property is small with a thousand vines made up of Portuguese varietals of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barocca, Souzoa and Muscat D’Alexandria. From these, a small quantity of port style fortified wine, a Hanepoot and a Touriga Nacional dessert wine have been made. The balance of the wines have been made from local grapes sourced in and around Calitzdorp.
We also serve cheese and meat platters and produce a variety of homemade jams, pickles, nuts and olive products.
Meet the team
Graham & Cheryl Anley
Graham and Cheryl Anley bought the farm in 2020, as and this presented an opportunity of a new lifestyle in the beautiful Klein Karoo, an area much loved by them both.
The Anley’s philosophy is to keep everything as natural as possible. Since purchasing the property the soil has been extensively worked and improved by using organic fertilisers and mulch, which has led to a noticeable improvement in the vines and a doubling of the harvest from the previous year.
Cultivation of the vines, olives and fruit trees will be done with minimum intervention, following principals of natural farming with natural organic and biodynamic methods such as making use of cover crops between vineyard rows to increase the biodiversity in the soil.
The Vineyard Kitchen
The Vineyard Kitchen fuses boutique style wines and food from the rich soil of the Klein Karoo. Breakfast platters and healthy lunches consists of strong Middle Eastern flavours and echos Calitzdorp’s climate and produce.

Accommodation
Happy Days Cottage is self-catering, situated in a cul-de-sac off the R62 and is within walking distance of restaurants, the town centre, shops, churches and the museum – perfectly situated to explore the attractions of Calitzdorp.
There is an indoor and outdoor braai, two verandahs, front and back. The home is fenced and pet friendly.
