Withoek is a small
boutique cellar on the outskirts of the
Port capital of South Africa,
Calitzdorp. The cellar is simplistic and
traditional, producing wines true to its
surroundings. The vineyards situated on
the red hills just north of town are
managed with care to ensure the
production of quality grapes.

Withoek Cellar in Calitzdorp
has renovated a small cottage,
Herminashof, on the farm. The
cottage sleeps 4 and has a shared
bathroom, small kitchen with
microwave, fridge and stove. A must
is the braai area - wood will be
provided. The cottage is less than
300 m from the centre of the town
and still on the farm! Something
everybody will like.
Do come and enjoy the Calitzdorp
scenery with coffee at Handelshuis,
lunch at The Red Coffee Pot and
dinner at Lorenzo's. Or order in
pizza from the Pizza Place. Have a
farmer’s night out at Bosvarkie or a
quiet night/day in with a good book. |
